Embrace Development is a Bali real estate developer creating residential ecosystems where investment logic and quality of life coexist naturally. We build across the island’s most considered locations, Uluwatu, Melasti Beach, and Ubud. Designing environments where it is safe to invest, comfortable to live, and natural to grow.
We don’t scale identical buildings. Every Embrace project is shaped around real life, the way people actually live, work, raise families, and rest. Architecture sets the character, infrastructure sets the rhythm, and the space becomes a natural extension of daily life. Not just villas, but an environment. Not just yield, but long-term value.

“Embrace Development was born from personal experience — investing in, living with, and working in real estate. Over more than twenty years in investment and consulting, I watched projects measured only in square metres and yields. But behind every property there is always something more: the environment, the feeling, the rhythm, the human experience.
Bali became an extension of my own investment and personal story. This is where the idea took shape to build a company that develops projects with a different focus: on quality of life, long-term resilience, and the developer’s responsibility to both investor and resident. I am developing this project in part through my own resources — from the original idea through the investment of personal capital. That is my way of showing trust in what we are creating.”

ZEN Residence
Design-led living above Melasti Beach, Uluwatu
ZEN Residence is Embrace Development’s flagship — a boutique branded development on the Bukit Peninsula in Ungasan, five minutes from Melasti Beach. Across 25,000 sq m, the masterplan brings together 167 residences and roughly 5,000 sq m of five-star-calibre shared infrastructure: a self-sufficient ecosystem where everything residents and guests need is integrated into one walkable environment.
Conceived as a contemporary interpretation of Japanese design — a restrained palette, natural materials, high ceilings, and thoughtful zoning — ZEN is built to feel timeless rather than trend-driven, and to hold its value over the long term. Shared spaces include the first traditional Japanese onsen mineral hot spring in Bali, four dining formats, a yoga and functional-training studio, a kids camp, co-working space, a retail gallery, and a central Japanese garden and pool.
ZEN is operated by OXO Group Indonesia, a boutique developer and property-management company focused on neo-luxury lifestyle products — bringing full-service operations, concierge, and data-driven marketing so owners earn without day-to-day involvement. It is offered in partnership with 8 Degree Real Estate, guiding international buyers through every stage from selection and due diligence to purchase and handover.
